We are deeply concerned for all who are suffering from the COVID-19 virus.
We had been continuing to operate but with additional precautions to protect our customers and staff. Our office, showroom, and warehouse spaces are closed to the public. Office and warehouse use will be limited to essential team members only.
These policies have been implemented and will be followed without exception. They include (but are not limited to) the following: Social distancing, the use of hand sanitizing products, protective gear, and daily monitoring of our team for potential illness.
No one will work on your home if they have experienced any of the signs of illness within 14 days of event.
Please note: We are continuing to experience increased supply chain issues due to the extensive shutdown orders across the country. While we and many of our vendors have continued to operate, many other suppliers of parts and pieces have not or are struggling to resume operations. We are all committed to doing all we can to work through delays and provide our valued customers the outdoor living areas they are looking forward to enjoying.

For your comfort level, because most of our services are for outdoor living, we may meet with you outdoors and maintain proper social distance. Because all of our products are custom made for your home we will need to have an onsite visit to review the outdoor location. This will be needed before any final pricing can be provided.
