FROM OUR FAMILY TO YOURS

The Elmore Family is a family of builders.

 

Second generation contractor and life long builder (Scott Elmore) along with his wife (Stacy) founded the company in 2010.

Scott and Stacy’s sons (Brendan and Harrison) re-joined the business after working in leadership roles for several years at the #1 focused customer service company in the world: Amazon.com.

 

Scott grew up in the building trades working with his father, who was a builder in New Castle, IN. He’s spent his entire career in the home improvement industry selling, training, and building. He has developed a lifetime of construction knowledge and skill. His family will tell you his talents are too numerous to list.

Stacy worked in health care administration while finishing her graduate degree in business administration. She then jumped ship to develop and grow SEE Home Improvements with her husband of  30 years.

 

Harrison studied Business Economics and Creative Writing at IU Kelly School of Business. After graduation, he began work in Operations Management for Amazon in Wisconsin and later Denver to launch a new Robotics site with his brother Brendan. All roads lead home, and Harrison found himself wishing to be with family, moving back to work and grow SEE Home Improvements in April of 2019.

Brendan studied Operations Management and Entrepreneurship at IU Kelly School of Business. While at school he wrote and directed several award-winning short films, one of which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival in 2014. After graduating Brendan worked for Amazon, launching (3) one million square foot fulfillment centers over 4 years before returning home to SEE Home Improvements in July of 2019.

A family of self-described nerds, they thrive on new challenges and being around one another, so working together was a natural next step.
